| Distressing |
Based on scraping. In the direction of the fibres the surface become very smooth while in the opposite direction the grain is torn open. Afterwards a bevel is cut by hand.

| Finishing |
The finishing of the boards is based on a lye-process, also called "bleeding" of the natural acid of the wood.Afterwards the board can be impregnated to achieve the required colour. Then the floor is brushed and polished several times. Within 3 to 6 months after installation the colour will become approximately thirty percent lighter.

| Fitting |
Gluing and nailing in chipboard - good, depending on underfloor.
Gluing in tongue and groove - not possible.
Floating - possible up to a maximum width of 180 mm. |
| Maintenance |
With Floorservice maintenance oil. The first 30 days after installation moisture has to be removed inmediately. |
