GOODFELLOW UK RETURNS POLICY
If goods have not been dispatched (sent) we will refund you the full invoice amount, minus any associated costs, within 14 working days of notification.
If you have taken delivery of your goods, you must return the goods to us at your own expense/transport following our authorization. Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of receipt. We will then refund the return packs in full less any direct expenses we may have incurred in fulfilling the original agreement. Please note that we do not accept returns on sale, bespoke finished items or special orders.
Direct expenses incurred include any delivery costs, picking fees and restocking fees (25%) whether charged or not.
You can return your order up to 14 days after the day of delivery, providing it is un-opened, un-damaged packs. 14 days gives you adequate time to check your order and inform us of your wish to return. The condition will be checked when the order is returned. If they do not meet the below requirements, we cannot accept a return;
All products being returned must be un-opened, un-damaged.
Goods are to be return by the purchaser at their own cost to our designated warehouse. We will confirm return address, once return has been authorized. We only accept returns Monday to Friday between 10am and 3pm. We must be notified of the exact return date.
By UK Law refunds are to be made within 14 days from the date return. If the product has a fault, we will look to replace the product at our cost as soon as you make us aware with photo evidence to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you simply change your mind about your order, or have over ordered we will give you a refund with any delivery costs deducted and a 25% restock charge applied. You must also be able to return the product yourself within 14 days. This needs to be arranged with our office.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and any haulage charges.
